This product was very disappointing. Not only did it appear smaller than the measurements led me to believe…but the wntire thing had to be assembled from scratch. I am no stranger to assemblage, and have done many projects from IKEA and the like, with no problem. But this cabinet required gluing and screwing…the glass had to be put in between glued layers….the whole thing felt very iffy and flimsy. We sent it back. It was NOT worth the money to have to deal with building it. Not once in the advertisement was assembly required mentioned.

This thing was impossible to put together. For a silly little wall cabinet, it was ridiculous. I’ve never seen so many parts in one cabinet! Flimsy and small. We only ordered it because the dimensions fit our wall. Be prepared for a frustrating assembly. Wouldn’t buy again.

Contrary to what another reviewer states, the holes to attach the cabinet to the wall are not in the particleboard. They are in the wooden structure of the cabinet, just above the particleboard. The thin backing has no impact on the structure of this whatsoever. I just purchased and assembled this and am quite pleased with how it looks, and how sturdy it is. Assembly is annoying, because you’re dealing with wet glued dowels which makes the cabinet wobbly until you get the screws locked. But if you’ve conquered as much ‘assembly required’ furniture as I have – this was practically a breeze. One thing I would mention is that I did find it cheaper somewhere else online, so do a search first!

The backing of this ‘cabinet’ is only a few millimeters thickness of cheap particle board and cannot support the weight of the cabinet itself, much less the weight of the cabinet when filled. Also, the product is not ‘minimal assembly’. It requires complete assembly. If you’re looking for a cabinet to hang on the wall of a bathroom, this is definitely not it.

This was smaller than I expected. It took a while to put together. I placed it on top of a table, and it looks nice. I use it to organize my make up.
